Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of Rothwell Biz Hub facilities, including Private Office Hire, Meeting Room Hire and Pilates Room Hire.
By booking or using any space at Rothwell Biz Hub, you agree to the following terms.
Private Office Hire Terms & Conditions
Agreement Type
Private office hire is offered on a flexible month-to-month basis.
There are no lock-in contracts.
This arrangement is a licence to occupy and does not constitute a residential or commercial lease.
Payment Terms
Rent is payable one month in advance.
All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Monthly payments must be made on or before the agreed due date.
Notice to Vacate
A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to vacate a private office suite.
Notice must be provided in writing or via email.
Rent remains payable during the notice period.
Use of the Office
Private offices may be used for lawful business purposes only.
Offices must be kept clean and tidy.
Any damage to the office, furniture or equipment may be charged to the occupier.
Included Facilities
Private office hire includes access to shared facilities such as:
Meeting room access (subject to availability)
Kitchenette
Internet and office amenities
Common areas and parking
Shared facilities must be used respectfully and considerately at all times.
Meeting Room Hire Terms & Conditions
Bookings & Use
Meeting room bookings must be made in advance.
Bookings must be made for the full period of time required to use the room.
The meeting room may only be used during the booked time slot.
Extensions are subject to availability and approval.
Payment
Payment is required prior to use of the meeting room unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may be charged in full.
Use of the Space
The meeting room must be used for professional and lawful purposes only.
Equipment including the TV and whiteboard must be used responsibly.
The room must be left clean, tidy and in the condition it was found.
Liability
Rothwell Biz Hub is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Any damage to the room, furniture or equipment may be charged to the hirer.
Pilates Room Hire Terms & Conditions
Bookings & Payment
Pilates room bookings must be made in advance.
Payment is required prior to use of the room unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may be charged in full.
Use of the Pilates Room
The pilates room is available for private use only.
Hirers may bring their own instructor or use the space for personal training.
Reformer machines and mat space must be used safely and appropriately at all times.
Pilates Client Liability Waiver
Mandatory Waiver Requirement
A Client Liability Waiver must be completed by all people attending or using the pilates room, prior to entry.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all participants have completed the waiver.
Entry may be refused to any person who has not completed the waiver.
Assumption of Risk
Use of the pilates room, reformer machines and all equipment is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Pilates and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury.
Release of Responsibility
Rothwell Biz Hub holds no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained while using the pilates room or equipment.
Participants release and discharge Rothwell Biz Hub, its owners and operators from any claims arising from use of the pilates room.
Fitness to Participate
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in pilates or exercise activities.
Rothwell Biz Hub does not provide supervision, instruction or medical advice.
General Conditions
All users must comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and building rules.
Smoking, illegal activities and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Rothwell Biz Hub reserves the right to refuse service or terminate use if these terms are breached.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any space at Rothwell Biz Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Pilates Client Liability Waiver where applicable.
